The site is provided for general information about Ridge Investing’s real estate purchasing. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a commitment to buy any property. Any purchase happens only through a written agreement signed by both parties. We may change or remove content at any time.
SMS text messaging program
- Program name: Ridge Investing LLC
- What the messages are: Conversational replies and follow-up with property owners, referral partners and professional contacts (such as attorneys, title officers and real estate agents) who have contacted Ridge Investing, given us their number, or asked to be reached by text, about buying real estate in Yavapai County, Arizona, such as questions about a property and scheduling a call.
- How you opt in: You opt in by sending us a text message, calling us, filling out the contact form on this site, responding to our mail, giving us your number as a referral partner or professional contact, or otherwise asking us to contact you by text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
