When we make you an offer, we show you our math. Here’s typically how it works:

  1. We evaluate your home’s After Repair Value (what it would sell for in excellent condition)
  2. We estimate repair and renovation costs needed to get it there
  3. We factor in holding costs, closing costs, and our profit margin
  4. What’s left is our offer to you

You get the benefit of a fast, certain sale with zero hassle. We take on the risk, the work, and the time. It’s a fair exchange.
